NAVARASA” signifies nine Emotions of a human being, which is important for an actor to know. So, that according to demand of script you can show your emotions during act.

NAVARASA :-

Karuna, Shringar, Veer, Hasya, Raudra, Bhayanka, Vibhatsa, Adbhut, Shaanti

Here are the explanation

SHRINGAR :- Love/Beauty; Color:- Light Green.

HASYA:- Comedy/Laughter/Humor; Color:- White.

KARUNA:- Pity/Sympathy; Color:- Grey.

RAUDRA:- Anger; Color:- Red.

VEER:- Heroism, Bravery, Courage;m Color:- Orange.

BHAYANAK:- Fear, Insecurity; Color:- Black.

VIBHATSA:- Disgusting, Color:- Blue.

ADBHUTA:- wonder, Mystery, Curiosity; Color:- Yellow.

SHANT:- Peace, Calm, Relax; Color:- Pink.

So, these “NAVARASA” helps a actor to play with that character, with different required emotions. For an actor emotions and expressions are needed to play any act.
